Return Process

  Carefully place your items back into their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, dust bags, and shoeboxes are included and undamaged.

  Ship the Parcel

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
